Material Overview
Hillium TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) flexible filament in Shore 95A hardness — similar to the flexibility of a shoe sole. Provides elastic, rubber-like printed parts with excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.
Print settings (typical):
- Nozzle temperature: 220–240 °C
- Bed temperature: 30–60 °C
- Print speed: Slow: 20–30 mm/s (prevents buckling)
- Retraction: Minimal or none
- Extruder: Direct drive strongly recommended (Bowden possible with care at low speeds)

- Shore hardness: 95A (firm flexible)
- Elongation at break: >400%
- Chemical resistance: Oils, fuels, solvents
- Temperature range: –40 °C to +80 °C
Applications: Seals and gaskets, protective cases, grips and handles, flexible joints, shock-absorbing feet, wearable parts, medical-grade prototyping.
