Adhesive Slides — Positive Charged (SuperFrost-type)
Positively charged (electrostatic) adhesive microscope slides for enhanced tissue and cell section adhesion. Replaces manual albumin/gelatin coating.
Product Description
Positive-charged glass slides with an electrostatic surface treatment that binds tissue sections and cytological preparations without the need for special adhesives (albumin, gelatin, APES). They form a permanent covalent-like bond between the positively charged glass surface and the negatively charged tissue.
Key features:
1. Electrostatically attracts frozen tissue sections and cytology preparations, binding them to the slide
2. Covalent bonds develop between the charged surface and formalin-fixed sections
3. Tissue sections and cytological preparations adhere without special adhesive coatings
Recommended for: Routine H&E staining, IHC, ISH, frozen sections, cytology smears.
Suitable for marking with: Inkjet and thermal transfer printers. Permanent markers.
Available: Plain frosted end (one color) or 6-color frosted options.
