Product Description
Dispersive SPE clean-up tubes containing pre-weighed sorbent and MgSO₄ mixtures optimised for specific food matrices. Each tube is ready-to-use: simply add the acetonitrile extract, cap, vortex and centrifuge.
Sorbent selection guide: - PSA alone: General fruits and vegetables (removes organic acids, sugars, fatty acids) - PSA + C18: Fatty/waxy matrices (avocado, olive oil, cereals) — C18 retains lipids - PSA + GCB (low): Pigmented produce (tomato, pepper) — GCB removes chlorophylls - PSA + GCB (high): Highly pigmented matrices (spinach, herbs) - PSA + C18 + GCB: Universal clean-up for mixed matrix types
Two tube formats: - 2 mL: Single-use, efficient, low solvent consumption - 15 mL: Larger extract volumes, better suited for GC-MS workflows
