Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance (HLB) copolymer provides the broadest reversed-phase retention of any SPE sorbent. Unlike silica C18, HLB can be loaded directly from aqueous samples without conditioning — making it ideal for direct SPE of environmental water and urine without pre-treatment.
